I am Dogster Dog of the Week!

Hi, everyone -

For our next post Mama was going to post some pictures of Kaci and I together.  Instead she woke up this morning to see this:

Mama logged onto Dogster and saw that I (Hershey) is the Dogster Dog of the Week.  She was really surprised and happy.  It is ironic that dogster.com is closing the community in favor of a "digital magazine format" soon.  We will really miss Dogster but Mama is planning to do more blogging and we are on another forum too.

I have received so many congratulatory wishes, gifts, zealies and lovely comments today.  I guess I am the boss of this household, Mama.

I am extending my birthday celebration today

Hi everyone -

Since I got a belated birthday cake, I am extending my birthday celebration today.  The weather is crummy here.  We have several inches of snow on the ground from Sunday and yesterday and now it is raining on top of the new snow.  Yikes!  Anyway, here is the birthday cake I received from one of my Dogster pup pals:
