Mama found another picture of me with the "freaky" eyes. Now, I am not sure of which one to enter into the contest. Kaci also has some of those pictures, too. Mama will post one of hers later.

We are on a serious mission with Bosco

Hi everyone -

Bosco told Mama and I that she wants to help in the mission to bring Beau home to his family. My first trip to Connecticut, Kaci's trip to New Hampshire

Hi, everyone -

Maya and Kena were so nice to post something in their blog about our new blog. I (Hershey) was born in Maine and moved to Connecticut when I was eight weeks old.

Kaci, however, was born in Iowa and made the trip to Connecticut. Tom (Papa) and Dianne (Mama) found Kaci in the local pet store. After spending New Year's Day in New Hampshire in 2005, Tom's mother said she missed having a miniature schnauzer in the house. She wanted to give a miniature schnauzer puppy a home.

Approximately a month and a half after spending New Year's Day in New Hampshire, Papa went to the local pet store where he met Kaci for the first time. The idea came to him to buy her for his mother as a surprise since she missed having a dog in the house. Papa asked Mama if she wanted to see the puppy. Of course the answer was yes! At the time Papa and Mama had another miniature schnauzer who at that time was 14 years old. She was the only dog in their house so Papa and Mama felt it would not be fair for Bosco to share her house with a puppy at that stage in her life. If Bosco were a little younger Kaci's permanent home would also have been in Connecticut. However, Bosco and Kaci got to know each other for a little over a year before Bosco made her trip to "schnauzer paradise."
