Fort Griswold

Hi, everyone -

Since some of our blogging buddies go to the park once in a while, Mama and I (Hershey) thought we would show you some pictures of Fort Griswold State Park.

The stairs in the Monument (there are 166 steps to the top)

This is the street we live on

The Gold Star Memorial Bridge

The Gold Star Memorial Bridge goes from Groton (where Mama, Papa and I live) to New London. Mama used to drive the bridge to go to work - now Papa does. The bridge that is open right next to it is the Amtrak bridge (train bridge). The Gold Star Memorial Bridge is also part of Route 95.
If you enlarge the middle picture, you can see our house - just the roof. It is on the right hand side and it is the black roof right in front of the white roof (the lower right corner). Have a good weekend everyone.
Love -
